i left for boston shortly after xmas day and returned just yesterday--complete with terrible head cold! that's what you get for leaving 80 degree weather to frolick in 14 degree weather... but i enjoyed it!
i went to the japanese grocery, the italian market, the tibetan import store, ate fantastic budget sushi, wood fired pizza, burritos, crepes, and shabu shabu. i went to the mfa, saw a great snow storm, had people over on new year's day, and had lunch with an old boss. i even went to trader joe's. oh how i miss trader joe's! i also just sat at home and read nancy drew :)
now i'm back to the grind here in savannah-land, trying not to think about how much longer i need to be here and trying to figure out exactly how my cat can be so spiteful while i'm away!

Oh no! What did little Siddy do now?
he puked up a storm and did his #2 in the bathtub so that i would find it. he actually faked jessica out with the litter box--doing just a bit there and the "mother load" so-to-speak in the tub.

Awesome, poopie talk thanks to the world wide web. Poor Siddy deserves more honor than that.
